• Only the user’s email address is stored.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Attempt to disrupt or damage the service
• Engage in abusive, harmful, or misleading behavior toward other users

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

11. Account Termination & Deletion

• You may delete your account at any time within the App.
• Upon deletion, all associated data is permanently removed.

We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Αποδοχή Όρων

Με τη χρήση της εφαρμογής αποδέχεστε τους παρόντες Όρους Χρήσης. Εάν δεν συμφωνείτε, μην χρησιμοποιείτε την εφαρμογή.

2. Περιγραφή Υπηρεσίας

Η εφαρμογή αποτελεί παιχνίδι γνώσεων (quiz) με δυνατότητες ανταγωνισμού και αλληλεπίδρασης μεταξύ χρηστών, αποκλειστικά για ψυχαγωγικούς σκοπούς.

3. Προϋποθέσεις Χρήσης

Απαιτείται ηλικία τουλάχιστον 13 ετών (ή σύμφωνα με την τοπική νομοθεσία).

4. Λογαριασμοί Χρηστών

• Η σύνδεση γίνεται μέσω τρίτων υπηρεσιών (Google, Apple).
• Αποθηκεύεται μόνο το email.
• Ο χρήστης είναι υπεύθυνος για τη χρήση του λογαριασμού του.

Η εφαρμογή διατηρεί το δικαίωμα αναστολής ή διαγραφής λογαριασμών.

5. Αποδεκτή Χρήση

• Παράνομη χρήση της εφαρμογής
• Απόπειρα διατάραξης της λειτουργίας
• Κακόβουλη ή προσβλητική συμπεριφορά
